Apartment has nice big balcony as well.Walking distance to Orillia downtown and Lakehead University.This is an unfurnished room, but I can give away the extra mattress I have. Building and apartment has centralized heating and cooling.Coin laundry is available in the building.About myself - I am a civil engineer and work in Bracebridge for the government. Apart from this, I am a yoga instructor. So, you will often be seeing me teaching online/offline - feel free to join. I am nice, quiet and hygienic person and expecting the same. I go to bed early and wake up early, do yoga and go to my job, return, teach yoga and cook food - this is my day like.I am also open to team up if there is more economical place we both can rent.
