They have gone above and beyond what I’ve experienced with managers before, during my whole process of trying to decide if I would take the suite, to helping with a variety of things while I’ve been moving and settling in. Their attitudes are always warm and friendly, and they try very hard to accommodate my needs as a new tenant, which I really appreciate as I acclimate to my new surroundings. In addition, they introduced me to a few people in the building, so I knew some neighbours before I even moved in – and I have only heard positive comments about the managers from tenants here. The building is beautifully kept – it is bright and clean, and the lobby has been decorated quite festively for the season. My suite was freshly painted and clean when I moved in.
