2 rooms apartment of 70m² in Calgary

Looking for a reliable couple/family for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo unit. prefer Mandarin/English speaker. rental length has to be at least 6 months. Street Parking is free overnight, if you need my parking lot, parking is 80$/month. Simple furniture will be provided, already have comfortable queen size mattress and table/chair. Other furniture can be added. I am single male over 50, moved here from Toronto, I will be away in winter, come back next spring.
