You'll love living in the sought after neighbourhood of Mooney's Bay. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and a short 15 minute drive takes you to beautiful and historic downtown Ottawa. Enjoy biking along the pathways and transportation at your front door. (Bus routes 87 & 140). Access to shopping centres is not a problem. Billings Bridge Mall on Riverside Drive is our closest full service retail mall with over 85 retailers. The Norberry community consists of 4 buildings, all with well-maintained suites that include gleaming parquet wood flooring, expansive windows, (some floor to ceiling) and an amazing amount of closet space. (Our 2 bedrooms have up to 6 closets!). We have a beautiful 25 meter indoor pool open 7 days a week and an onsite convenience store. The monthly rent includes the heat and the hot water. If you require parking, it is available for an extra fee.
