This is a 2 bedroom plus large den space. One tenant occupies 1 bedroom. Looking for a 2nd tenant for the 2nd bedroom. FULLY FURNISHED, including a good mattress that has always been protected with covers. Bedroom has bed, large dresser, night table and lamp. You have your own separate entrance, kitchenette (full size fridge, 2 hot plates, instant pot/air fryer, convection countertop oven and fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, kettle, pots, pans etc.....), living room, den/office area and bathroom. Laundry is in a separate room but shared. One university student is residing in the space until end of August 2026. She is an engineering student currently doing her masters. She is very clean/tidy and a lovely person. Very responsible and easy to get along with. Again, I am only looking for ONE student/tenant to rent the 2nd bedroom.
