Lovely Room Humber College (Lake) (Has a House)

Welcome! We host international students/youth for short term periods in a safe, inclusive environment. Come stay with us in our beautiful home, in one of the best neighbourhoods in Toronto. The accommodation is a large basement bedroom, with a private bathroom. The bedroom is bright and comfortable with a double bed. There is also a small fridge and microwave. Guests will have access to fast wi-fi.If you are staying at least one week, we are happy to arrange access to our main kitchen.Do note that the ceilings in the basement are lower (6.5ft).We keep our home clean and tidy and expect guests to do the same. My partner and I are out-going and social, so we know the city well and can give you great tips on fun places to see. We have two, friendly senior dogs that will welcome you when you arrive!Our home is a 5 minute walk to Humber College Lakeshore Campus, 2 minute walk to public transportation. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.Guests can book for a maximum of 28 days (4 weeks), but it could be possible to extend the stay (please let me know if you might want to extend your stay at the time of booking).This accommodation is only for 1 person.Laundry is not included by can be arranged for a fee.Please make sure your Homestay profile is complete and note that guests must book at least 48 hours prior to their planned arrival date. All guests must also provide photo ID prior to arrival.
