Kats Maple Ridge Homestay (Has a House)

Hi!Im Kat, mom to two young kids who are with me 50% of the time. Our home is only 2 years old and is a large 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a lovely backyard. We have a beautiful, large bright room upstairs available for rent. The room features a walk-in closet, large window seat, queen-sized bed, desk, Samsung Frame TV and dresser. Next door is a full bathroom and laundry room located across the hall.We are looking forward to learning about new cultures and sharing our culture with a student, new immigrant or traveller. We mostly work from home and enjoy outdoor activities in our beautiful area like, hiking, boating, paddle-boarding, bike-riding and exploring. We have 2 dogs that are very friendly and sweet. We do not offer meals, but welcome our guests to use our large kitchen and BBQ.The bus route is 1 block away and we are very close to many walking trails.
