2 rooms apartment of 35m² in Toronto

My name is Josh Poon and I'm a 23 year old salesman and film director. Currently have a 2 bedroom apartment and roommate leaving around septemberish.If you can stretch your budget to be closer to $900/month, I have a place downtown Toronto, Wellesley and Parliament.I moved in during covid, so I have a very nice place with a relatively cheap rent due to rent control. I also am pretty close with the people in my apartment building.I know moving in with a random guy on the internet is kinda weird lol, but I'm casting a wide net to find a roommate that fits me.Let me know if that works for you!
