Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Montreal

Good morning, The room rented is located in Montreal in the Ville-Marie district. We are located 5-10 minutes from the Papineau metro station and Lafontaine Park. We are very close to the Village (Sainte-Catherine pedestrian street in the summer) and there is a Bixi bike and bus station very close to the apartment. There is the nearby Faubourg Park and the Jacques Cartier Bridge to get out of the city or go to Parc Jean-Drapeau. Possibility of parking cars on the street for free. You should pay attention to the restrictions on Wednesday and Thursday between 12 . and 1 . and the sticker zones. We are 2 people who live in the apartment and provide a furnished room with a bed, desk and internet access. The common rooms are accessible and all furnished. There is a living room, a dining room, a toilet on the main floor and a bathroom on the upper floor. There are 2 balconies where you can sit and enjoy the good weather. My boyfriend and I are sports enthusiasts (bicycles, water polo, spikeball, etc.) We like spending time outside if the weather is nice.
