Roommate wanted for 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom apt by High Park I’m looking for a responsible roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at 40 High Park Avenue. The available bedroom is 11’ x 11’, located on the 19th floor with a fantastic view of the city, High Park, and Lake Ontario. The room is partially furnished but can be emptied if you’d prefer. Rent is $1,500/month, payable on time. Apartment & Location • Your own bathroom (primarily yours, though occasionally used when my son is here) • Kitchen is older in style, but fully functional • Laundry facilities available in the building • Steps from High Park subway station • Close to Bloor West Village, with shops, restaurants, cafés, and groceries nearby Building Amenities • Indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room • Social areas including a TV lounge, pool table, and party/meeting rooms About Me I work from home, enjoy the outdoors, and spend a good amount of time at home with my cat. Preferred Roommate I’d like someone responsible and personable, at least moderately sociable. Please, no party animals. Rent & Deposit Last month’s rent is required to accept the offer.
