1 Room in brand new home.Bathroom is semi private, but will be shared with 1 person when I have an airbnb guest. There is also another half bathroom on main floor, and I have my own on suite.This price includes basic housekeeping. I keep the entries cleaned, garbage disposed of, the floors mopped, and carpets vacuumed. You are required to clean after yourself in common areas and keep your room maintained.
