Looking to rent out the other bedroom of the main floor of a 3-bedroom house to a mature working female only. Everything is included in the rent except for Wi-Fi which is an extra $25 per month. There is a shared bathroom, but it's a double sink so you get plenty of room for storage and space. There's in-suite laundry, and a dishwasher as well. I do not use the 3rd bedroom so you're more than welcome to use it as an office or an art room or something. There is plenty of street parking, and a front and back yard for use.
