Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Montreal

Je cherche une personne seule ou un couple pour prendre soin de mon condo 3 1/2 situé en plein centre de Montréal.

- à partir du 15 janvier pour une durée de 3 / 4 mois.

Tout se fait à pied:
- 10 min du métro Joliette
- 2 min épicerie, dollarama, SAQ ..
- 2 min rue Ontario: bars, restaurants, magasins ..

Condo idéal pour le travail à la maison avec 2 écrans, laveuse/sécheuse, TL, parking privé, système son Bose, wifi.
Il faut uniquement rajouter les frais d'hydro (environ 60$/mois).

Looking for a single person or a couple to take care of my 3 1/2 Condo located in the center of Montreal while travelling.

- Starting January 15 for 3 /4 months

Everything is walkable!
- 10 min for Joliette subway
- 2 min from groceries, SAQ, and many more
- 2 min from Ontario street: many bars, restaurants etc.

Ideal for remote work : office with 2 screens, washer/dryer, Tv, private parking, Bose sound system, wifi.
The only cost you have to cover is the heating = 60$ approx.
