Je cherche une étudiante calme, relativement propre, qui ne cuisine pas à 2h am et cherchant à vivre la prochaine année en colocation dans le Manoir des Trembles à 5 minutes de l'UQO et à 10 min d'Ottawa en auto.

Le prix comprend le chauffage, l'électricité et internet.

L'autobus passe au coin de la rue ou l'on peut partager mon stationnement privé.

La colocation donnerait accès non pas seulement à une chambre (photos 6 et 7), mais également à une salle de bain privée (photo 8) (avec douche) et au petit salon privé du sous-sol (photos 3, 4 et 5) (environ 13x12). Bien qu'en colocation, en partageant la cuisine, l'entrée principale (photo 1), ma laveuse et ma sécheuse (situées au premier), tout le sous-sol (photo 2) est compris dans le prix.

Je suis propriétaire occupant et ne suis plus intéréssé à vivre avec plusieurs chambreurs.

J'ai beaucoup dépensé pour mes diplômes universitaires et je travaillerai beaucoup la prochaine année. Je me réveillerai en semaine à 7h00 et partirai vers 7h40 pour revenir vers 5h00. Et mes amis ne me visitent plus : je vais plutôt les voir.

Bref, je cherche une personne avec qui la colocation sera plaisante malgré les inévitables ajustements de part et d'autre qu'elle nécessitera.

Je pourrai acheter un lit si nécessaire.

Hello! I'm looking for a quiet, relatively clean female student who doesn't cook at 2 am and who's interested in living next year in a shared space at Manoir des Trembles, 5 minutes driving from UQO and 10 minutes from Ottawa.

The rent includes heating, electricity, and Helix 400Mb internet.

There's a bus stop at the corner of the street or we can share my private parking.

The shared accommodation includes not only a bedroom (pictures 6 and 7) but also a private bathroom (picture 8) (with shower) and a small private living room in the basement (pictures 3, 4 and 5) (approximately 13x12 feet). If we will share the kitchen, the main entrance (picture 1), and my washer/dryer on the first floor, the entire basement (picture 2) is included in the price.

I am the homeowner and no longer interested in living with multiple roommates. I have invested a lot in my university degrees and I will be working a lot in the coming year. During weekdays, I wake up at 7:00 AM and leave around 7:40 AM, returning around 5:00 PM. My friends (I swear I have some) do not really visit; I usually go see them instead.

In short, I am looking for someone with whom living will be enjoyable despite the inevitable work needed to create a team of roomates.
