La collocation est situé à environ 15 minutes de marche de la station de métro Université de Montréal. Une laverie se trouve au bout de la rue, et des commerces à quelques minutes de marche.

Loyer : 700$CA (charges et wifi compris)

I'm looking for a student to take over my lease because I'm leaving my room in a shared apartment with 5 other girls. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared.
The apartment is located about a 15-minute walk from the Université de Montréal metro station. There is a cleaner (for laundry) at the end of the street, and shops are a few minutes walk away.
