L’appartement se situe à 15 min du métro Plamondon, à 3 min du bus et à moins de 5 minutes d’une épicerie, Dollarama, pharmacie et dépanneur.
L’appartement est meublé. Il y a une laveuse et sécheuse. Concernant la chambre, elle est meublée.

La chambre sera à 800$/mois avec internet inclus (Hydro-Quebec non inclus : compter entre 20 et 30$/mois).

Tu partageras la colocation avec Mirta, Ana et Anastasia. Très sympathiques et bienveillantes, qui aiment autant discuter et partager des moments entre colocs, que de respecter les uses et coutumes de tout à chacun.

I am looking for a new roommate who would agree to share the lease with my roommates from the 1st November.
