Looking for a Responsible/respectful female or LGBTQ+ person (preferred due to shared spaces) to rent my furnished spare room in a SE community of Dover (just off Peigan and Deerfoot so ideal for airport employees). Looking for longer term.-No Smoking-All utilities + Wifi included (no cable)-Laundry in suite-Recently renovated: New floors and updated paint.-Close to two bus lines that take you to the CTrain/BRT as well as shopping-Free Street parking or $40/month through condo management company.-Includes double bed, linens, bedside table, desk, dresser, laundry basket-Yorkie Kisses (Bailey -9 yrs old, 5lbs, no shedding, and friendly but doesn't share with other animals)-I am a quiet employed full time woman, in my 40s, calm, read and watch movies, camp, play DnD/RPG/Board games.
