It spans two floors (the entire ground floor and part of the basement) and includes 3 private bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, a double living room, a kitchen and dining room, a play area in the basement, a workshop space, and a workout room (shared with the basement tenant). The floors are wood or ceramic (with heated floors in the sunroom—dining room—and the bathrooms), and the ceilings are 9 feet high.
