I'm Anna! Please read to find exact info, this app isn't comprehensive enough. I've lived at this residence for 3 years with my roomie, in the basement unit in my landlords semi-suburban house. It suited us well while we finished our degrees, and now my roomie is moving out and I need to sublet their room for the month of August before we end our lease. Ideal for anyone who's new to the area and wants a place to setup camp while they scout for long term leases or other opportunities. It's a small place but I'm a tall gal and I get along fine. Your room is the master bedroom with a closet, drawers, lighting and furnishings. I work part time and move-in date can be flexible. I smoke outdoors away from the property, there are sitting areas nearby and lots of small parks. Absolutely no smoking indoors or on the property. We share a tiny little bathroom that has a great shower, awesome water pressure and lots of hot water. I don't cook much so you'll have the kitchen to yourself pretty often, and I'd love to share a cup of coffee in the morning. I work late and ask you to be considerate of noise in the early AM and late PM, as our landlords have a baby that, so far, makes zero noise. They're very nice people and we try to keep a good relationship with them. I love art and trying new restaurants, keeping common areas tidy and enjoyable for everyone, and generally keeping a nice house in case we have guests. Friends are welcome to visit and I myself have friends stop by every once and a while. All that aside, if you're just looking for a bed and a bathroom for the month and don't require much else, I'll happily help you move in and won't require much else besides helping with basic cleaning and asking you to lock the door when you come and go.
