The main floor living area features a large, beautiful kitchen with all appliances. For convenience, the washer and dryer are located upstairs near the bedrooms. Your space includes a private bedroom and a private bathroom. Rent is $975 per month. The tenant is responsible for 30% of the monthly utility bill, which typically ranges from $80 to $120. Internet is included in the rent.About myself; I'm a full-time hairstylist and a university student who highly values a clean and organized living space.
