This home has 4 bedrooms plus an office/den, 4 full bathrooms and 3 living rooms. Located in an amazing community with a fully fenced in yard. Looking for a 6 month lease with potential of an additional month or two. The owners will be using the driveway / garage and living close by. Front door is located on the side of the house, with tons of parking as it backs onto the Hawkwood field. Damage deposit is equal to 1/2 months rent. Please see pet section for details on deposits. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Main floor has 1 full bathroom, 2 living rooms, 1 dining area and a kitchen. The basement has a large full bedroom, 1 den (has a closet, but no egress window), 1 double vanity bathroom, living room and the laundry room with a deep freeze. This home would work great for roommates, large families, multi-generational living, or multiple families together. Owner will sign one lease. If tenant wants to sublet the house, they are responsible for any negative actions from their tenants. Owner is willing to keep utilities in their name, but the tenants are responsible to pay them in full each month. Internet is not currently hooked up, but owners are potentially willing to let tenants use their Starlink. Property tax is included in rent, but water, gas, garbage, city fees, and electric is all the responsibility of the tenants. Pets are allowed as long as the property is respected. If you have any non-caged pets ie: dogs, cats etc the damage deposit will remain equal to one month of rent, but will be fully returned upon final inspection if everything is in good shape. Essentially, pet deposit is fully refundable at the end of the lease. Rent is non-negotiable. Willing to negotiate a plan for damage deposit if you are waiting for your previous one.
