Wall pictures and a large mirror are included. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven. The shared full bathroom is very large and clean. There is a bright, clean, coin laundry on the main floor of the building. I am looking for someone with similar values as myself. Clean and tidy, responsible, quiet within reason - especially at night. Trustworthy, and friendly. Age does not matter (over 18), as long as you are full time and gainfully employed: In a daytime job (not online, at home) Or are a student taking full time courses at the universiy (not online, at home). I am a female, am retired from the oil patch, but do some part-time work and am socially active, so am in and out of the place. Rent would be paid monthly and an $700 security deposit is required.
