DATE AVAILABLE: This housing is available beginning April 1st, ideally for long term (12 month +) RENT/PRICE $1140 per month plus utilities. (Wifi is around $20 each, hydro is around $30 each, gas bill ranges quite drastically between the warm and cold months so is anywhere from like $10-80 each, summer being cheaper. We also pay renters insurance for $7 each. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Credit score, Notice of Assessment, letter of employment & proof of income, guarantor if applicable, reference letter from current landlord or roommate.
