Bankview is a 5-minute drive from downtown, 2 minutes from Marda Loop; near shopping and restaurants and bus routes. Plenty of parking in front and behind the building (we are on a great street). The building is comprised of young professionals who are quiet and respectful and our goal is to keep things that way. There are 3 units in this building (all with separate entrances) as they are stacked one on top of the other. This unit is on the ground level. We have tended to have long term tenants - the turnover is low because it is a nice unit, a safe unit, with great tenants and good property owners (my husband and I rent this building only to break-even on the month-to-month costs).
