The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom is being used as a storage room and office, but has a queen Murphy bed. The backyard and garage are shared with the wonderful upstairs tenants, who have a lovely dog and cat. There is in floor heating, so you never have to worry about being cold in the winter! Sunnyside is an incredible neighborhood, with access by train or bike to the University of Calgary, SAIT (10 minute walk), Foothills and Shumuir hospitals and in the heart of the Bow River trails.
