The lease is up to the 31st of June - possibility to renew for a year after (as long as you want to stay in the house). Rent is 929$ (everything included). You'll live with 6 other students. The house is very big so you won't be seeing each other all the time. 5 out of the 6 people should be in Europe for the summer. 8 minutes to Metro Édouard Montpetit and REM. Bus 129 at 1 minute from the house. Marche Wilderton with Metro, Dollarama, Tom Hortons, etc at 10 minutes (walking distance). The lease is monitored by a rental agency, so it is fully secured for the payment and everything you might need in the house. If you want to take over the lease, the agency will register the transfer. I’m moving out soon so I’m looking for someone to take over my room on the second floor of a townhouse. It is located in Outremont, very close to Udem and Polytechnique (2min to Marguerite d’Youville and Liliane de Stewart, 10min from Polytechnique and the main Udem Campus) with 6 other people, all students. With this room, the bathroom will be shared with two girls who are very clean and respectful. The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, chair and dresser) and you have access to the full house with other storage in case you need it. The house includes all utilities : oven, dishwasher, washer&dryer, all utensils and houseware. A cleaning team comes every two weeks to clean the full house, only the common areas.
