I'm looking for one reliable, honest, clean, and easy going roommate to split the cost of my house. You would have access to your own bedroom on the 2nd floor, and bathroom in the basement. Please note that this house does not have a separate suite, so areas like the kitchen, main floor bathroom, backyard and laundry room would be communal areas. The living room is currently furnished, and I would leave that space to you to use, as I rarely use it. There is also a heated, detached garage that you would have access to. It would likely not be able to fit a large truck, but for sedans/medium sized cars, would work fine. There is also a fire pit that you're welcome to use, and a decent sized backyard. Hidden Valley is right beside the ring road, as well as Shaganappi trail and Beddington trail, so travelling around the city is very efficient. It's less than a 5 minute drive to the nearest Co-op, and the beacon hill shopping center is close by as well, so all amenities are within a close proximity. Rent is $1100 a month, plus half of the internet ($52.50) and half of utilities (the utility price average you would pay is approx. $155). I have a home music studio in the basement where I spend the bulk of my time, and it has been sound treated to keep the volume down (so well in fact, that my previous tenant said he could barely hear me playing at all, even from the main level).
