Plus, a smart TV for your entertainment and large windows with Mount Royal University views. The second bedroom has a single bed a dresser and a big closet. The living room is perfect for movie nights, with a 70-inch 4K TV, comfortable couch and recliner, and a patio area with outdoor dining set and BBQ to unwind after a day in the city. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances and utensils for meal prep. Plus, a convenient in-suite washer and dryer and ironing board for your laundry needs. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. We have a strict no smoking policy due to high sensitivity and we kindly ask that you respect this rule. Thank you for your cooperation. We have made every effort to ensure that our condo is accessible for all guests. There are no steps required to enter the condo, and there is a ramp that provides access to the building from the main floor or parking space.
