Very convenient location and beautiful quiet place with excellent neighborhood. Few minutes walk to Elgin Park Secondary School and Ocean Cliff Elementary School. Close to the bus stop, bank, beach, and shopping center. The friendly family is from China. No smoking no pets. Both of the parents are well educated with Medical Doctor degree. Two children who are in secondary school are with very good score. They can help with your study if you need a free tutor at home.
