Friendly atmosphere in Saskatoon (Has a House)

I live in an area called East Collage Park in Saskatoon. It is a very safe and friendly community. The house has been newly renovated. The room is on the main floor and has a large bed, desk, closet and a large window. Utilities and high speed internet are included. The house is kept very clean. Outside is a large yard with a deck. We have fruit trees that bloom every spring with lots of flowers. There is a bus stop that is located a block away from the house. There is a shopping mall and a park near by. The University of Saskatchewan is a 15 minute bus ride.
