maison avec 2 chambre(s) en location à Clarington

Old roommate is moving out, looking to fill the second room. It's one floor raised bungalow (basement is also rented to another couple, their very friendly and great). We have a huge kitchen and two separate living rooms, and a balcony off the end of the house. I have a cat and caged animals so both are also welcome, however my cat gets very anxious around dogs. Don't have any good pictures at the moment, will add more.
