Kitchen is available to use if needed. Free Wi-Fi and on-site laundry access. The private room is a beautifully decorated with a plush, luxury, brand new single bed, closet, desk and boasts a nice big window with a view of the cul-de-sac and the Olympic mountains on a clear day!There is a large fenced backyard with fruit trees with a huge nice trampoline for keeping active.I work for the government. The neighbourhood is conveniently across major bus routes and located near schools, UVIC, Gordon Head recreation centre, shopping such as grocery stores and 5 minutes from the beach. Plenty of street parking. Guests can walk to shops and restaurants. Nearby buses gets you directly to downtown, UVIC, shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores and movie f you would like book a tour guide with me, I can show you around the city and more.My home is a peaceful place to stay and I want my guest to feel like home away from home.
