In addition, the building is quiet throughout all hours, immaculate, and any maintenance problems are addressed immediately. Thus far, dealing with management has been a pleasure. They are extremely personable and efficient. I know that if I have any kind of maintenance issue or any kind of concern regarding the space, the property manager is always available and capable of getting the job done, no matter how inconvenient. There is always somebody that can take care of your needs, 24/7. Upon moving here, I had no intention of staying longer than a year. But I was so impressed with management and relieved to finally have found a clean, quiet yet intimate building, close to the subway and in a lovely neighbourhood, I kept renewing my lease. It has been three years now and I have no plans to look elsewhere.”
