Hi I am renting two rooms in the top floor of my house. I am looking for one or two roommates. You can rent both rooms for yourself, $2500 or just one for $1250. All utilities included. One parking spot available for an extra $50 per month and street permit parking is available through the city as well. The house is near Keele station so there is some noise from the subway trains. This location is about 5mins walk from High Park, the Bloor UP station and a bunch of beautiful walkable neighbourhoods including Roncesvalles, Bloor West, the Junction, Junction Triangle and Bloordale.
