Built beside City Hall on a quiet cul-de-sac in Central Lonsdale, Bridgewater offers a rooftop terrace, resident lounge, gym, in-suite laundry, and pet friendly apartments for rent, including townhomes, one and two bedroom suites, and penthouse suites. All Bridgewater suites are unfurnished and require a one year lease, which then automatically continues on a month to month basis for as long as you like. The City’s Public Library and Civic Plaza are just down the street, and the reinvigorated Lonsdale Avenue is just one block further with grocery stores, restaurants, transit, and more! I moved here for a job last year, without knowing anyone in North Vancouver and having all my family back east. The Resident Managers excel at many things, organization, keeping the building incredibly clean and well-maintained, attending to repairs, managing bookings, etc. These are all excellent qualities, which they execute consistently. However, what really stood out for me was the incredible sense of family and community they created here at Bridgewater.
